Currently, Ms. Noeu Sovantha is the Executive Director of WaterSHED.
She had 14 years of international development and program management experience with a focus on livelihood enhancement, good governance, and gender equality. She has also held a variety of technical and advisory roles at several international organizations including German Technical Cooperation (GIZ), Oxfam, and Transparency International.
Currently, Mr. Srun Srorn is a resource person for CamASEAN Youth’s Future.
He has experiences with human rights through poverty reduction among minority groups (LGBT, PLHIV, etc.), Gender and sexual orientation advocate, managing funding, accounting, finance, administrative and corporate services.
Mr. Chamreun has joined KHANA on the 1st of August 2000. During the past twenty-year, he has been with KHANA, he has held different positions. He was the Deputy Director for Operation for seven years before he was recruited to be the Executive Director of the organization, from 1st June 2015.
He is holding (1) Bachelor in Education; (2) Bachelor in Agricultural Economy and Rural Development, and (3) Master in Political Science and International Relations.
Dr Siyan took the position as Director of Research from 2014-2015 and since 2015 until present, he is the Director of KHANA Center for Population Health Research, Cambodia.

Mr. Tuot Sovannary has worked for KHANA over the past 13 years, managing different public health projects in Cambodia in the area of TB and HIV, sexual reproductive health, and gender-based violence. In addition to his role current role as Research Manager of KHANA Center for Population Health Research, he is also the Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID funded COMMIT Project.
Sovannary Tuot BA, MA in Geography from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and University of Bordeaux 3 of France and MA in Health Social Sciences from Mahidol University of Thailand.
He has worked within the Cambodian NGO sector for 19 years and has spent the last 10 years working in grant management including budgeting, monitoring and providing financial management support to partner organizations. As a grant manager, he will manage grants to three sub-partners (CPN+, AUA and PC).
Kalyan has more than ten years’ experience in financial management, accounting, and internal control. She is currently the Senior Manager of KHANA Support Service Center. She is leading the delivery of the finance, admin, procurement, and human services to KHANA project teams funded by different donors.
Her tasks are to ensure that the financial resources are adequate, well managed, and properly utilized for effective implementation of the overall planned financial management and administration activities.
