KHANA is dedicated to eliminating discrimination, with a strong focus on marginalized groups. They are well respected for their work promoting and improving the rights of key populations such as Female Entertainment Workers, Men Who Have Sex with Men, Transgender women, people who use/inject drugs, people living with HIV, people living with TB, and young people.
Harm Reduction Advocacy in Asia (HRAsia) Project The HRAsia project aims to eliminate barriers and strengthen the available services for people who inject drugs (PWID) in Asia. Key mechanisms have involved increasing the knowledge of local law enforcement officials of drug use, improving the referral process to facilitate ease of access to health facilities, and working with the Club of the Cambodia Journalists to create a code of conduct for reporting on drug use.
