Since Oct 2020 until today, Sereyroth Lim is a Social Development and Gender Specialist (part-time) at ADB & IFAP funded project on Tonle Sap Poverty Reduction and Smallholder Development Project- Additional Financing (TSSD-AF), Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery (MAFF) and National Committee for Sub-National Democratic Development Secretariate (NCDDS) on improving livelihoods through increased agricultural productivity and approved access to the market. She is holding Master of Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development (MAAP) with Gender and Development Specialization, Australian National University (ANU), Australia, 2014, Graduate Diploma on Public Administration, Crawford School of Public Policy and Governance, Australian National University (ANU), Australia, 2013 , Master of Development Management, Norton University, Cambodia, 2006 – 2012.
Sereyroth has intensive experience over the past 17 years in policies and national and international frameworks related to women’s rights and gender such as CEDAW, gender policy responsiveness in climate change actions and disaster risk reduction, decentralized governance, agriculture, rural energy, and regional initiatives on gender-responsive climate finance, national policies, strategies, and plans for promoting gender equality and women empowerment in relevant sectors. Plus, other knowledge and skill in qualitative and participatory research study and programme assessments and skill and knowledge in developing training manuals and facilitation guides and in facilitating/coaching gender in relevant sectors.
