Training of Trainers on Documentation Methodology

On 26 May 2014, KHANA organizes a trainers-training on documentation methodology for its own personnel at the Green Palace Hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Approximately 25 KHANA personnel participated in this USAID flagship-sponsored workshop that is facilitated by an expatriate consultant.

Participants are given opportunities to explore the meaning of documentation, to discuss and to share documentation experience, ranging from basic concepts, benefits, and reasons for documentation. In this skill building workshop, a number of skills are also discussed and it includes interviewing skills with an individual or a focus group and facilitation skills.
