Training course on Key Correspondents for CoE Staff and SMARTGirls

KHANA policy and strategy team in collaboration with CWPD, one of KHANA partners, organized a training course on Key Correspondents for COE staff members and outreach workers in Siem Reap, Cambodia, from 23 to 27 June 2014. Approximately 32 SMARTGirls, outreach workers and CoE staff members participate in the training and discussed different topics in related journalism and skills.

Participants are trained to become citizen journalists who will report, or share rights issues/concerns from their communities, represent voices of the voiceless and act as a rights advocate for policy changes. Learning subjects include how to take good photographs, creating, uploading and sharing information on social media.
