The study used quantitative and qualitative methodology to assess the change of main outcome indicators. The overall finding showed that PLHIV currently on ART increased steadily from 90% at basedline to 92% at midterm and 96% at endline. In addition, the proportion of PLHIV reported their overall quality of life as â€˜good or very goodâ€™ increased sharply from only 35% in baseline to 72% at endline. OVC were significantly more likely to report attend school regularly comparing to OVC at midterm. More than 60% of EW has been tested for HIV within the last 6 months. More than 80% of EW reported consistence condom use with client. 77% of MSM has been tested in the last six months. 24.5% of PWID shared a needle and syringe within the last three months.
