KHANA will close its office to celebrate Khmer Pchum Ben, a unique Cambodian Festival, on the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th of September 2014. Individual staff from provinces might leave Phnom Penh for their home in the province to pay their respects to deceased relatives there.

Pchum Ben is a 15-day Cambodian religious festival, culminating in celebrations on the 15th day of the tenth month in the Khmer calendar, at the end of the Buddhist lent, Vessa. In 2014, the national holiday falls on the 22nd, 34th and 25th of September in the Gregorian calendar.
